Family therapy brings members of a family system together to address relational strain, communication breakdown, parenting challenges, life transitions, or conflict affecting the household.

Rather than focusing on one individual as the problem, family therapy examines patterns within the system and works toward healthier dynamics. Sessions aim to increase understanding, improve communication, strengthen boundaries, and support the family in functioning more cohesively.

Natasha works to help clients identify and process emotions in healthy, manageable ways, as well as, explore their relationships with others, with themselves, and with God. She is influenced by emotions-focussed therapeutic modalities, and uses a Christian lens for any clients requesting this. Processing traumas and childhood wounds while staying planted in the ‘here and now’ are important to her. Natasha has a warm, down-to-earth presence while creating deep relationships with her clients.
